AI Foundations
One hour, and it fits inside a normal team meeting slot. The shared starting point: what AI is genuinely good at, what it is bad at and where it fits into the work your team already does.
Contact us today for AI team training, workshops and sprints. Get the most out of compliant AI adoption in your business.
We train the whole team, so nobody is left to work it out on their own.

Hands-on AI training built around the work your people actually do. Online sessions, or in person at your premises. We build sessions around 25 people, and we run them for a lot more than that when the job calls for it.
Pitched so the most sceptical person in the room and the keenest early adopter both get something out of it. You do not need to be ready. That is what the training is for.
01 / The problem
In most businesses there are two or three people quietly getting a lot out of AI, a group who have opened it once and closed it again, plus a larger group who have not touched it because nobody has told them whether they are allowed to.
None of those groups talk to each other about it. The people who are behind will not say they are behind, and the people who are ahead assume everyone else is doing the same thing. So the business ends up with no shared standard and no shared language, and every conversation about AI stalls in the same place.
A workshop fixes that faster than anything else available to you, because it puts everybody in one room at one level on one afternoon.
Nobody wants to admit they don’t understand it. So nobody says anything.
02 / How we approach it
AI adoption doesn’t start with optimising tech stacks. It starts by meeting people where they are, then moving them forward in a way that makes sense for their work.
That means the session is built around your business rather than a generic slide deck. Your products, your processes, your paperwork. A production planner and a design engineer do not have the same problem, and a workshop that pretends they do loses both of them in the first twenty minutes.
It also means nobody is expected to arrive knowing anything. Whether your team is at 30% understanding or barely 5%, the session works from there.
It’s not a test. It’s a starting point.
03 / The workshops
We come to your premises for the in-person sessions, so the only people travelling are us. Online sessions run for teams spread across sites.
In person, at your premises
One hour, and it fits inside a normal team meeting slot. The shared starting point: what AI is genuinely good at, what it is bad at and where it fits into the work your team already does.
For businesses paying for CoPilot licences that nobody uses. Ninety minutes on the tool you are already buying, applied to the documents, spreadsheets and email your team handles every day.
For teams past the basics who want to get materially better. Two hours on getting reliable, repeatable results rather than lucky one-offs, and on choosing the right tool for a given job.
The one most businesses book. Three hours, hands on, and your team leaves with working AI solutions built during the session on your own real tasks. Not notes to action later.
Online
A one hour webinar. The lowest-commitment way to get a team across multiple sites onto the same page at the same time.
The online version of the in-person session. Ninety minutes on the tool you are already paying for, run as a webinar so a team spread across sites can all be in it without anybody travelling.
Two hours online, hands on. For a team that has the basics and wants to put AI into day-to-day work without waiting for a date in the diary that suits everybody.
Worth doing the maths on the Half Day. £2,795 across 25 people = £111.80 each, for three hours of hands-on training built around your own work and a team that comes out of it able to do something they could not do that morning.
Twenty-five is the number where hands-on still means hands-on. Everybody gets to try things on their own work, ask the question they did not want to ask in front of the whole company and leave with something that runs. Past that it drifts towards a lecture, and a lecture is the thing we are trying to avoid.
It is a preference, not a rule. If you want a general AI session for a department, a conference room or two hundred people at a company briefing, we will do that and we will quote it properly. Tell us the headcount and what you want people to walk out able to do, and we will tell you honestly which shape gets you there. Sometimes that is one big session. More often it is a big session to set the direction and smaller ones to do the work.
All prices exclude VAT and are based on 25 people. In-person sessions delivered anywhere in the UK. Larger audiences quoted on the call.
Prices are subject to change.

04 / Choosing
Most people know which of these describes them within a sentence or two.
05 / What you get
The job is making your team capable, so the knowledge stays in your business rather than in ours.
The repeatable method is CRAFT®, a prompting framework built and trade marked by Tim Bennett. Your team learns it as a way of working rather than as a piece of theory. More on CRAFT®
06 / Companies we train
UK businesses where the whole team needs to move at once, rather than a few enthusiasts pulling ahead.
We have delivered AI training to manufacturing, engineering, technology and education businesses across the UK, Europe and South East Asia. Recent UK work includes PING Golf Europe, Easilift Loading Systems and GNG Group.
Powerhouse Digital is led by Tim Bennett, an AI specialist who builds and implements AI systems for businesses, including the BOB-E.ai agent platform.
We are not trainers reading from somebody else’s slides. We build the tools and the frameworks, and we use them in our own business before we teach them in yours.
“Tim created a bespoke training session for us on AI delivered to 50 staff, the training was extremely useful and engaging, which enthused my staff and dispelled any concerns over AI.”
07 / Fair questions
You don’t need to be ready. That’s what the training is for. It’s not a test, it’s a starting point. Every workshop is pitched to meet your team where they are, whether that’s a 30% level of understanding or barely 5%.
That’s why the programme runs from one hour online to a half day in person. A one hour Foundations session fits inside a normal team meeting slot, and we come to your premises so nobody travels but us. If your people are spread across sites, the online sessions solve it outright.
Then we scale it, and there is more than one way to do that. Twenty-five is what our prices are built around because it is where hands-on still works, but it is a preference rather than a rule. For a bigger group we either run the session more than once, which lets you put people together by the work they actually do, or we run a larger general session for the whole audience. Both are fine. Tell us the number and what you want people leaving able to do, and we will be straight about which one gets you there.
Some tools will disappear, no question. That’s exactly why we don’t teach tool worship. We teach frameworks and judgement, the skills that transfer when the tools change. The businesses saving money with AI right now aren’t waiting to find out.
We can, and sometimes that’s the right answer. But if what you want is a consultant who builds everything and keeps the knowledge in their own head, we’re the wrong choice. The job here is making your team capable without us. If that isn’t what you’re after, say so early and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
We talk to you first about the work your team does and the tasks that eat the most time. The session is built around those. Expect hands-on exercises on your own real examples rather than a demonstration you watch. In the Half Day, your team builds working solutions during the session and takes them back to their desks the same afternoon.
Training gets your team capable. If what you need is an AI policy your people follow and working workflows built into the job, that is a Sprint. Thirty days, implemented inside your business. We run a version for manufacturers and a version for recruitment agencies.
The online sessions are priced per session and not per head, so a team of four pays what a team of twenty-five pays. Introduction to AI is £445 for an hour and CoPilot for Microsoft 365 is £595 for ninety minutes. If you are sending one or two people and a session of your own is hard to justify, say so on the call and we will give you some alternative price-per-head options.
Start here
Thirty minutes on the phone. Tell us what your team does and where they are with AI, and we’ll tell you which session fits and what it would cost. No obligation to book anything.
