01 / The problem

The problem nobody in your agency owns

Your consultants are using AI right now. They draft candidate emails with it, tidy CVs, rewrite job adverts and summarise interview notes.

Some of it is good work done faster. Some of it is candidate data pasted into free tools you have never approved.

In recruitment, the data going in is CVs, salaries, health disclosures, right-to-work documents and confidential client briefs. The exposure is worse than in most sectors, and the ICO has already flagged AI in recruitment as a data protection concern.

You cannot ban it. You cannot ignore it. And nobody here owns it.

02 / What we believe

Training creates awareness.
Implementation creates results.

Most agencies respond with an AI training day. The team leaves inspired. Two weeks later nothing has changed, except more people are experimenting with more tools.

Generic AI training raises usage without raising standards. That makes agencies less safe, not safer.

What changes behaviour is implementation. Clear rules your team follows and working workflows built into the tasks they do every day. That is what the Sprint delivers.

Awareness was never the constraint. Behaviour was.

AI Trust & Readiness Review

Thirty days. Rules, workflows, training and a roadmap, implemented inside your agency rather than presented to it. Your £2,500 Review is credited in full, leaving £5,500.

£8,000Pilot price, was £12,000

Standard price is £12,000. The pilot price is £8,000, a saving of £4,000. Book a Sprint within 60 days of the Review and the full £2,500 comes off that as well. Most agencies continue afterwards as a retained Implementation Partner, from £2,500 a month, covering governance reviews, usage audits and the annual re-score.

Prices are subject to change.

04 / The 30 days

What actually happens

Week one

Trust & Readiness Review

Every AI tool in use, official and unofficial. Where candidate data goes. Where human review happens and whether it was recorded. Ends with your baseline Trust Score.
Week two

Governance Pack

Acceptable use policy, staff safe-use guide, candidate and client data rules, a red amber green use-case matrix, human review standards and a named owner for AI.
Week three

Consultant workflows

Three to five workflows built and tested on your highest-volume admin: CV formatting, email drafting, job advert improvement, interview notes to summaries. Plus a prompt library your team keeps.
Week four

Training and roadmap

Consultants trained on the workflows they will actually use. Time saved measured against the week one baseline. Leadership debrief, a re-score and a prioritised 90-day plan.

05 / The maths

What the hours are worth

Move the sliders to your agency. The defaults are what we see in a 15 consultant desk, and the realisation rate is there because no workflow ever saves 100% of the time it should.

CV formatting, email drafting, job adverts, interview notes and CRM tidying. Our default comes from the five workflows the Sprint builds.

06 / What you keep

What your agency has at the end

Not a slide deck and a certificate. Working implementation inside your agency.

  • Clear control over staff AI use, including the unofficial tools
  • A written AI policy and safe-use guidance your team follows
  • Three to five working productivity workflows, live and tested
  • A repeatable prompt library your consultants keep
  • A named human review standard at every AI-assisted decision
  • Measured time saved per consultant, against a real baseline
  • Candidates told upfront where AI sits in your process
  • An evidence trail you could stand behind in front of the ICO
  • A manual fallback for every workflow, so you are never tool-dependent
  • A prioritised 90-day roadmap for what comes next

07 / Where we start

We start with admin, not candidate decisions

You may have read about AI screening candidates or scoring applicants. We deliberately do not start there. Automated candidate decisions carry legal and reputational risk that most agencies are not ready to manage, and the ICO is watching that space closely.

The safe, high-value starting point is admin. Formatting, drafting, summarising and preparing. Work that eats consultant hours without needing consultant judgement. Get that right first, and the harder questions get easier.

We protect the judgement your placements depend on.

08 / Who is behind it

Practitioners, not theorists

Powerhouse Digital is led by Tim Bennett, an AI specialist who builds and implements AI systems for businesses, including the BOB-E.ai agent platform. We have delivered AI implementation for leading brands including PING Golf Europe and worked with businesses across the UK, Europe and South East Asia.

We are not trainers reading from someone else’s slides. We build the workflows and put them to work inside real businesses, including our own.

09 / Fair questions

The questions we always get

We are not sure we are ready yet.

That is exactly what the Review answers. One week, £2,500, and you get a clear picture of how AI is being used across your agency and where the risks and quick wins sit. Go ahead with the Sprint within 60 days and the £2,500 comes off the price. You are not committing to anything you have not seen the evidence for.

We already did an AI training day.

Then you have seen the pattern. Awareness goes up, behaviour stays the same. The Sprint is not a repeat of that day. It puts rules and working workflows inside your consultants’ actual tasks, then measures the difference against a baseline we take in week one.

Is this legal or compliance advice?

No. We deliver practical AI governance and staff guidance designed to support safer adoption. Your legal or data protection adviser should review the final policy wording, and the Governance Pack is built to make that review quick rather than painful.

The technology moves so fast. Is this a bubble?

Some tools will disappear, no question. That is exactly why we do not teach tool worship. We build rules, workflows and judgement, which transfer when the tools change. The agencies saving consultant hours right now are not waiting to find out.

How much of my team’s time does this take?

Week one needs a short survey and a handful of interviews. Week three needs a workshop to choose the workflows and the consultants who own those tasks for testing. Week four needs one training session and a leadership debrief. We do the building. Your team does the choosing and the checking.

Running a manufacturing or engineering business?

Same programme, different risk. In manufacturing the data leaving the building is drawings, specifications, supplier pricing and customer documents, so AI is an intellectual property question before it is a productivity one. We built a separate version of the Sprint for that market.
